After reading Sam's blog i realised just how dependant people become upon smoking. As a non-smoker it never occurred to me how much people long for their dose of nicotine and how quickly and unaware they are of becoming addicted. To me becoming addicted to smoking is a weakness and one that is both expensive and disgusting. (no offense to smokers i just don't see the attraction myself)
